Genesis Foundation for Fitness and Tennis awards Communities In Schools of Wichita/Sedgwick County $1,500 to allow 15 3rd through 5th grade girls to participate in the spring session of Learn, Dream, Live, Run put on by Girls On The Run (GOTR) of Sedgwick County.
For many of these girls, this will be a life-changing opportunity, learning the benefits of consistent physical exercise and good nutrition. After completing the 5k walk or run, they are certain to experience an incredible feeling of strength and a real sense of accomplishment.
